Our quality control process relies heavily on our experienced quality check team, composed of ex-SGS staff. They are trained to detect even the slightest of defects.
No Mixing of B-grade Goods
We value the reputation of our deals and our business. That's why we ensure that B-grade goods do not mix with our premium selection. We have set up a local system for the correct disposal of such items.
Our Own Finishing Centre
We established our own finishing center in 2014. This center, equipped with modern machinery, allows us to carry out tasks from replacing buttons and labels to zippers.
Pressing of Goods
We treat our deals as valuable merchandise, not just stock. Before shipment, we press our goods to give them a fresh, crisp look that's ready for the retail shelves.
Dual Quality Checks
Each piece of merchandise undergoes not one, but two quality checks. This stringent process helps us guarantee less than a 1% quality issue rate to our buyers.
High quality packing
We pack each piece of merchandise in sturdy 7-ply cartons, complete with silica gel sachets for optimal humidity control. This is a testament to our dedication to delivering superior quality from our warehouse to your door.
